"Ms Owens is a very impressive agent. The house that she sold for me was an estate sale house. Which doesn't explain what was going on. 1) My Brother had died in the house his body wasn't discovered for several weeks 2) Past hurricane damage from 2018 not repaired. 

Ms Owens acted as a go-between for the property, insurance companies and contractors to get the house repaired and on the market. During that time there were several setbacks to selling the house. But Ms. Owens was always on point, ensuring that we constantly moved forward to putting the property on the market. 

She was and is very resourceful on finding solutions to problems that cropped up. Knowing good craftspeople who would do excellent work repairing the property. Andrea kept me informed on buyers interest and guided me on the best buyers and price for the property. If I was to buy a house in Panama City or for that matter in Bay County,
